If you have a claim, what should you do?

The first and most important thing for you to do is make sure that you, your family members, or occupants are safe.

If the situation is life threatening, call what ever authorities you feel are needed for help.

If the claim is minor, it may be best to talk to us before calling your carrier direct.

If the claim involves a vehicle:

Does the claim require immediate attention or can it wait? During normal business hours call call us at 740.334.4970 to discuss the claim. If the claim is after hours, and needs immediate attention, call the number for your insurance company listed either on your insurance wallet card, or on the list below.

Who was at fault? (if the other driver is at fault it is best to turn a claim in on their policy. This saves you the cost of paying your deductible up front, saves your insurance company money, and helps keep your rates low).
